Thanks 新不了情 to sharing your experience. I think you were lucky in your case that the daycare teacher asked you before they reported to Social worker and polices. That's what I am exactly expecting that they could communicate with me before SW and police suddently came to my house. That does hurt me and I feel so shock and upset these days.
