cost of fixing home problems

Just had the house inspected. Not sure about how much it costs for some fixes. It'll be appreciated if anyone one can give an estimate:

- Roof: improper bonding of the shingles present at some areas. This can lead to shingle loss in high winds. Sagging roof noted
- Sealing all areas around the hosebibs to ensure weather proofing of the house.
- Deck: Flashing materials was not visible b/w the home and the deck at ledge.
- Clean / service the furnace.
