4 BR, 2 FB, 1 HB, Spanish Style. 0.37 Acre of land, Walking distance to future metro Walking distance to VolksWagon North America Headquarter, Last sale was $507K Listing price $315K I offered $280K. The bank first counter offered $297K. I told the bank if they did not agree by Friday with my offer of $280K, I would withdraw my offer. The bank agreed on Friday evening, and ratified the contract a few minutes ago. I don't know if we will see each other here in wenxuecity or not in ten years, but I believe this house will worth $1M in ten years. Cheers!
