看我们居委会是怎么工作的

群众来信：

I currently reside at 3201 ABC Way and am dealing with an issue with my neighbor at 3205 ABC way regarding his fence. I have been unable to get in touch with him, but his fence is leaning heavily in to my yard and a few boards have fallen off of the aforementioned fence in to my yard as well.

I’m not sure to whom I should send this complaint, but I figured I would start here. Please let me know what I can do or you all can do to resolve this issue.

I'm happy to inform you that your fence issue will be resolved in the near future. Your neighbor, Mr. John Doe has submitted a fence repair application, and he will have a contractor repair the fence soon.
