Your father has excellent excercise capacity I suppose and CAD is just an incidental finding, plus CT is not the golden standrad to detect lesion in CAD. In your father's case, the benefit of intervention now is not clear. If you want agrressive approach, at least he needs a cardiac angiogram before making any decision. I also suppose your father's ECHO didn't reveal any significant abnormality. If he is my father, I wouldn't want a stent. Healthy life style, good control of BP (
