亚运村，魏公村，中关村,all of them are 黄金地段, But who 发财?

Any of the above, if my Mom hold tightly, should be >Million, but whose pocket will the money finally end up? Might not be up to my Mom. No more in Beijing. My Mom said she is going to other cities, like Qing Dao, to buy something close to the sea with a good view. :) I can't control her. :)
