Wondering in which states - saw advs in every weekends' paper- some resort area in Kentucky for sell for about $30k for an acreage lot side in front of Lake KY. KY is too far away. Ideally nearby WI/MI/IN within 1-2 hr distance from Chicago. Menards provides all building materials cost only about $50k for vacation home.
