Which interior design package is more reasonable?

(1). $150 for total 3 visits:
a. 1st visit, designer will come to the house taking pictures around the house.
b. 2nd & 3d visits, based on the house style, designer will bring the customized floral/furniture/art/accessories arrangements to our special needs


(2). $300 for total 6 visits:
The owner claimed this will be the best money saving plan. Except all the services included in package (1), we will get 20% off on one of the custom made floral arrangement.
These 6 visits won't have time limits, won't expire either.

Note: we are not obligated to buy any décors from their store, and all the decors we finally decided to use are not included in these packages.

So, my another question is: will it be wise just hire a decorator by hour ($75/hour)?
