that area is too close to surrey, not a glorious area.

Even though it is very nice, but because its location - close to surrey, traffic is always heavy, etc, I don't see it has very good potentials. Plus, there are a not of Indian neighbors.

South Delta is a lot better choice, but more expensive. the price in Delta is like, North Delta -> ladner -> Tsawwassen. later the better and more expensive.
