Roof is just a small part of all project. You do need to buy a skylight and installation kit (most of roofer is not good enough to do the flash, otherwise roof leaking).

You also need to do dry wall from the roof to the ceiling. This need to be framed and heat isolated.

There is a kit in HD, it is only 12", it is better than nothing, but it is sort of small.
