接水 from where it is leaking?  I am guessing if there is a leak, it is going to be leaking at the bottom.  There is not too much space between the bottom of my water heater and the ground.  So a basket cannot reach there.
If you are talking about where the water would come out on a water heater, I am not sure I know exactly how.  I watched videos on YouTube, and they talk about diffent locations on different water heater.  And they talk about safey problems.  So I am confused.
Is using the faucets a bad idea?
