常下雨, 有地震, 税高, 有好学校(小学)

In winter, posible not seeing sun for 2wk. Suicide rates are pretty high (I heard).
The earthquake is overdue by now.(?) (Cascadian plate(?) should have earthquake every 300~400 yrs, last time in 1600s(?))
No state income tax, but sales tax and other tax make it top 20 hightest taxed state.(?)
Schools are very reasonable.
