Fang Chan Zhen in China

Does Fang Chan Zhen in China establish the sole ownership?  I mean, if the owner's non-spouse relatives claim that they contributed to the purchase, are they going to have a case?
I am guessing that probably not.  I think the courts in China also want to make it easier to decide on the ownership.
