为什么大多数人都认为黑人买家是诈骗呢，你们都认识楼主知道她的车况啊？你们卖车的 purchase agreement 是怎么写的？就算是 as it is, 这个车还是很有可能 coverded by state's "lemon law". 楼主去查一下你们州的 lemon law, 出庭也不一定见得你会赢， 黑人可以 file a lawsuit for fraud if the you misrepresented mechanical condition of the vehicle.
