1) North VA is a very dangerous area NOW. Its economy is largely based on government contracting which is dependenet on government spending. You need to be patient and watch out if you are seriously considering investing in that area.

2) As long as RE investement is still the top one choice for investment in this forum, DO NOT get in for investment purpose (of course case by case). President Kennedy once realized that even his driver kept telling him how much money the driver made in the stock market, he sold all his stocks.....
