Nu! At 2001, you knew the housing market would certainly go up. At 2006, what do you think about the market in the next 5 years??? You can sucessfully "predict" 5 years of RE market at 2001. You might be able to predict what will happen in RE in next 5 years starting from 2006. Otherwise, luck might play an important role in your 2001 decision making. When maket goes straight up, all phurcase decision is right. However, that crazy history can be barely replicated. Nonetheless, you already took off the gravity, no matter what happened to RE in the next 5 years, you should be ok. Congratulations in this matter!

Lots of people think that I am just lucky, but I don’t agree. I HAD KNOWN the RE market had to go up when I jumped into the RE market in 2001.
