well, it depends on how old the kids are...

My kids are old enough that I don't need to babysit them.

As I said in my other posts above, I do take care of my kids on acedamy related work in the afternoon ( they are in school in the morning), such as homework, to/from afternoon school, piano practice etc. My kids are trained not to interrupt me during my other "working hour". Well, mostly they are good at it.

I found working from home is actually more productive than in the office. Such as no gossip talking in the hall way, shorter lunch time, no commute time, and much less distractions.
