今天会诊，正好碰上护士在查房，她问那个老太太：Did you move your bowels?

老太太说：Who else's bowels did I move then?

护士接着问问题，看看她的memory和judgment如何：Do you know what I am here for?

She answered: probably doing nothing, just like me.
