First of all I am not an agent, and has nothing to do with real estate.
You may think make 5% of commission is easy money, if so why don't you try it. Let me tell you, no sales job is easy job. The more risk you take in life, maybe, I mean maybe the more reward you get. If you see an agent making a lot of money then you, I can guarantee that he/she is working lot harder than you do. Real estate agent like any other business, there are always had good ones or bad ones. Just because you had bad experience with someone, doesn't give you the right to take advantage of others. Please put yourself in other people's position, think about it and then speak.
I don't know you, but I can say for "kind "certain that you are also the type of the people thinking buying from store, use it then return (better term "borrow from the store") is smart too. I wish I were wrong.
