rude neighboro continue

The neighboro I posted yesterday is building a swimming pool, retaining wall on their back yard. Cut many big trees. changed much the privicy. more over, I found in the county they don't have a permit to build the swimming pool and the retaining wall. I complaint to the county. The neighboro came to my house and asked me never go to their property. It's headache. Any suggestion from any nice people?
