When you don't think you are catching the wave, you caught it...

As long as you do the normal thing: Buy a house and enjoy your life, forget about up/down of your housing price. You are well on the right track. You don't have to catch the wave, you are on the wave already. Time will take care of you, remember, time will do the magic :-)
