These devices may not work

We got two of those (~$99 each) and put them right over the fence to be close to the dog. After awhile the dog got used to the sound. I think the problem is that the device, to be sold legally in US, is not powerful enough. On the other hand,  a barking collar works, so does the debarking surgery.
