Oh, thank you. so the house is 坐南朝北. For the majority houses I have seen, due to the floor plan, the family room and master bedroom has opposite orientation. If I have to choose between these 2 rooms, I would rather the family room faces south. As I only spend time in bedroom at night which does not have sunshine anyway.

I like the house faces southeast or southwest, so every house has sunshine at some time. Just not that lucky. I still like this house, could not give it up just for the orientation.
