Herry Li and all: Q quick question

I wanted to apply a Chase card which was showed in Wenxuecity's site. It says no fee in the first year, but $95 after it. If I cancel it after a year, I will either pay nothing or pay $95 (counting from the first day), right?

How would you usually do?
