cash buy car is cheaper than you buy and take their loan

if you buy and take their loan, 20,000 for car. then you say you buy it with cash, then 18,000 you can get it. of course not the hot cars or race cars. those cars, you don't get loan and discount. Still, if you use home equaty, interest amount will be tax free because it's a home loan.
