RE: Zillow related question

I want to pull out houses sold within certain time period, certain neighborhood and within certain price range.  What is a good web site/sites for me to do that?

Besides Zillow.com, what are other web sites that give out a straightforward market value estimate?  I have tried http://www.domania.com
http://www.movoto.com and www.refin.com , but I was not able to get a straightforward answer.
