This is the reason of NEVER buy brand new house

First, it's more expensive than house which is several years old.
Second, you never know the issues until at least 2 years later.

House with age 4 - 6 years is very good. If there's an issue, you can see that already. Price also down. And it's still looks nearly the same as brand new.
