Andrew Humberman应该是很多人都知道的。这是他给他的同事Nolan Williams写的悼念。Williams 死于自杀，享年43岁。他因为长期struggled with depression, 因此研究开创了一套用psychedelics来减轻缓解精神疾病的protocol,取得了惊人的效果。无数患有PTSD老兵的使用后，获得了重生。但是他没能救得了自己。自然可畏。评语里读到这一段。觉得很有道理。分享一下。

Using psychedelics as medicine only for the body without addressing the spiritual aspects is very dangerous. It can lead to more body/mind damage than help. Psychedelics open up a doorway to a world unseen by your conscious mind but every single experience has to be integrated.
