请教高手们几个买房问题，:
1。如果找buyer agent, do we need to sign any documents to state that he/she work for us as a buyer's agent and maybe something else, before he/she show us the houses?
2。能否同时找几个buyer agent?
3。或者能够让某个buyer agent带你去看不在她网络里（比如她是Remax或者21Century的，但是房子不是那个网络里查到的而是自己找到的）的房子？
4。这次自己溜达，有个老美房主，是buy from seller，谁有经验这种情况如何处理文件？是不是找个律师，还是什么人？
