关于教育经费最根本的问题

资本主义鼻祖，亚当 斯密在国富论里说： education is“no doubt, beneficial to the whole society,” it “may, therefore, without injustice, be defrayed by the general contribution of the whole society”

也就是说，从国家繁荣昌盛的角度讲， 教育本来就该是公费， 学生贷款本来就是不该存在的问题。 

说到具体实施，也许不用做到完全没有贷款， 但是贷款成为压在大多数毕业生身上的大山，是国家不健康的表现。
