问个Foundation的问题:Concrete Slab

What is the difference of Concrete Slab and Concrete with crawl space?

Someone told me that Concrete slab house will need torn apart if there is a probelm of plumb under concrete floor. We like the house but with worry that slab foundation house could have this probelm. Anyone have more information on this? Thanks.
