Sorry, some mistakes--

I actually did not buy into the market last 2 years AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE since I had to reserve cash for my daughter's tuition. Otherwise, I should be even better.

The part under my control is about 2-3% annual return. I made a big decision many years ago not to take control of my pension account. I let it stands as it is and treat it as a bond part in my retirement portfolio. It seems that it is a smart decision when the market has fluctuated so much in last 10 year.
