My friend did, she filed for divorce because after 10 years, she

simply doesn't wanna take it anymore, her ex is really selfish, has bad temper, MIL, etc...She moved out with 2 girls and didn't get too much child support.(she asked for a lump sum instead of a monthly payment because she thinks her ex might move back to China)

She's got custody for both girls and her ex has visitation, but he told her he won't come anymore since it's too "inconvenient" for him, LOL, what a piece of XXX.

I have all the respect for my friend and I think she did the right thing. She already started dating, best wishes.
