Sigh! People are so different! I have an opposite story...

This happened in 2009, it was my coworker's uncle, he was diagnosed with cancer (not sure which phase though), and went through some treatment and didn't want to burden his family anymore. So he called his life insurance company and found out the date when he would be covered even if he suicides (I think it's 5 yrs since the start of the coverage), and that night, he took a pistol and took his own life on the deck. But he died in peace because he knew his beloved wife and kids will be taken care of.
