I am thinking that LG would not have a bright future in USA since he does not have a PhD. My current position is much higher than LG'S since I have PhD. My company provides LG a job when I finished my interview, but LG declined since he does not have enough confidence to do good job in USA. So I held my offer at hand for more than six months, then suddenly the economy became so bad, I had to go to USA. it is so hard for family to seperate.
