need dialysis. But it is so rampant among colourd ones, esp, blacks due to hypertension and certain genetic diseases. I have to work Xmas weekend (dec25-27) to take care of our pts as there are too many to handle. Everyone comes with renal failure, I can easily have 5-10 new consults a day, along with MICU + dialysis unit, very busy and exhausting.
