论文 首先得评审过关 然后是编辑同意发表，出版费是之后的事，不交费也不影响出版，另外交Latex文本能免出版费

看了panlm 的反馈后，仔细查看了Nature网站的说明，发现确实新增加了一个APC(article processing charge)。但这个APC只针对 open access model,也就是说同意交钱的话，其文章接受发表后能在网上被任意查阅，审查标准没有变化；对于通常的交订阅费才能查阅的杂志，这个APC是optional,可以不交。我原来说的出版费或发表费与这个APC是两码事。

 

When do I need to confirm that I wish to publish open access via an article processing charge?

Authors submitting to fully open access journals must tick a box on submission to confirm they understand that the journal uses an open access model and that if their article is accepted they must pay an article processing charge. Authors submitting to subscription journals with an open access option ('hybrid' journals) are given the option to make their articles open access on acceptance.
