我最近的工作非常有趣，想不到和蚊子有关。基本上做国际进出生意受地方政府政策的影响非常大。就拿我们现在在做的这个产品来讲。

Chinese authorities have begun requiring certifications that imports from the U.S. are free of mosquitoes to prevent the spread of the Zika virus. The U.S. was recently added to a list of 40 other countries subject to this requirement, which the Agriculture Transportation Coalition said “will most certainly disrupt … exporters’ ability to deliver goods affordably and on time to foreign customers in China.”

 

Shipments to China from the affected countries require a certification that they have been treated and are mosquito-free before they will be released by China Customs. These certificates must include (in both Chinese and English) information such as the date and location of treatment and the active ingredients and dosage of the treatment administered. Shipments that arrive at a Chinese port without such a certification will be treated by China Inspection and Quarantine.

 

由于马上要出货，从多方了解得知如要取得灭蚊证必须由物流公司告诉喷洒杀蚊喷雾，在运输的集装箱，还要将此证明交于中国海关核实。说这主要是针对的是佛罗里达州，又说中国海关比较在乎美国进口中国的商品的生产厂家所在地，既然不是Florida附近一带，疑虑相对减低很多。今早最后确认灭蚊证主要针对对农产品，而不是我们的瓶装酒。你说这一惊一乍的，搞得人好不伤神。
