1月25日，巧合或不是，在列宁忌日后4天，普京在 克里米亚的

斯塔夫罗波尔 Stavropol 一次座谈中

批评列宁的一个想法和政策 即：

划分 和 允许  各“国下国”= 加盟共和国  一律平等 并有权退出和脱离 苏维埃联合共和国

这个想法本身是好的， 但 事实上

普京 说 这是 给 苏联大厦底下放了一颗定时炸弹

这颗炸弹还真爆炸了 导致了 1991年 苏联的 分崩离析和解体。

On January 21, 2016, Vladimir Putin gave rise to another round of quasi-historical debate. Summarizing a discussion on reforming the Russian Academy of Sciences at a session of the Council for Science and Education, the president reacted to an excerpt from a poem by Pasternak, as quoted by the head of the Kurchatov Institute:  “He managed the flow of thought[s] and, only thus, the country.”

Pasternak was writing about Lenin, and the president ventured his opinion of Lenin, too.

“It is right to manage the flow of thought. Only it is important that the thought leads to the desired result, not as it did in the case of Vladimir Ilyich（列宁）. But the idea itself is correct. Ultimately, the idea led to the Soviet Union’s collapse, that is what. There were many such thoughts: autonomization and so on. They planted an atomic bomb under the edifice known as Russia. It did, in fact, blow up later. And we had no need of world revolution.”

Thus, consciously or not, the president marked the anniversary of the death of the Soviet Union’s founder.

Putin makes an unusually harsh criticism of Russian revolutionary leader Lenin

Russian President Vladimir Putin has criticized Soviet founder Vladimir Lenin, accusing him of placing a "time bomb" under the state, and sharply denouncing brutal repressions by the Bolshevik government.

In the past, Putin has carefully weighed his comments about the nation's history to avoid alienating communists and other Russian voters who still revere Lenin.

But Putin's assessment of Lenin during a January 25 meeting with pro-Kremlin activists in the southern city of Stavropol seemed markedly more negative than before. Putin was particularly critical of what he said was Lenin's idea that Soviet republics should be equal and have the right to secede, suggesting it strongly contributed to the 1991 breakup of the Soviet Union.

Putin's criticism of Lenin could be part of his attempts to justify Moscow's policy in the Ukrainian crisis. It also may reflect the Kremlin's concern about possible separatist sentiment in some Russian provinces.
