清华给习进平博士在前，奶茶学士在后，还有什么好说的。

Other than Chinese major, I'd pick any top 100 US university over both 北大 and 清华.  The quality of education differs tremendously, you get much better training, not only for the field you are in, but also on what kind of person you want to be.
