To my surprise that the First Lady of China speaks English so we

Today she gave a speech in English at United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) as a Special Envoy for the Advancement of Girls' and Women's Education, nominated by UNESCO Director-General Irina Bokova.

I was honored to witness her beautiful voice and excellent English.
