这么长的文章完全没有提及根本，彻底的掩耳盗铃，意欲何为？又要来一次大跃进，浮夸风吗？有这个必要吗？
(1) Education is the foundation and resource of scientific and technological advances.
(2) Freedom including free speech and free thoughts are the indispensable condition for innovation.
Without addressing these fundamental issues, all are nothing but jokes about advance of science. The large amount of false numbers and misleading arguements can only regale their ignorant leadership.
另外，文章虽很长却不全，只有“赶美”的部分，却漏写了“超英”的部分。科技创新做不到，连弄虚作假喊口号也不会创新，还使用60年前的旧口号，蛮可笑的。
