北方地区不是苞米面就是苞米碴。大碴子粥我还挺爱喝的，我弟就喝不下去，一吃这粥就能睡在餐桌上。窝头就更可怕了，

他根本咽不下去，我也只能吃下半个。当然没吃饱，可小孩子肚里有点不觉得饿了就不肯吃了，不到下顿开饭就又饿得肚子疼了。
