请原谅我重复发帖-何等文明的城市

当一对大陆夫妇因为孩子内急，来不及去厕所排队，当街让孩子便在纸尿裤里。他们唯一的错就是没有把纸尿裤给孩子穿上，而是让孩子光屁股撒尿。居然引起一些所谓香港文明人士的狂欢秀。

如果当时那对可怜的夫妇不是在街上，而是去厕所插队，狂欢秀的主题就会变成对粗鄙的大陆人从不排队的大批判。

任何一个男人都不会容忍别人拍照自己孩子的裸体，那个父亲完全有权利扣留内存卡，他已经非常容忍的没有对那些儿童色情摄影爱好者饱有老拳。

所谓的几个不还手的香港年青人，不过是一群色情狂罢了。

什么是色情照片，如果拍孩子的光屁股，排泄器官不是色情，那么请香港的女人都光屁股上街。如果你认为拍孩子的排泄器官没问题，让我们看看香港的教父国家的媒体是怎么处理孩子的便溺照片的。

任何一个有良知的媒体，都会给孩子的照片打上马赛克。因为照片违法。

 

那几个香港青年有什么权利拍照？有什么权利保留内存？有什么权利限制别人自由？可怜的母亲的婴儿车居然能袭击别人，你以为那是有发动机的汽车？

而香港警察又是怎么处理的？逮捕母亲，取保候审。那几个色情狂呢，那几个限制人身自由的暴力分子呢？他们如果真的来自文明社会，他们应该报警而不是围上去狂欢。

一对夫妇的错误，引起几个香港人的犯罪。而犯罪分子没受到任何惩罚。这是一个何等文明的城市！

儿童色情物品定义(p3)

色情照片，电影，电脑生成的色情图片 或其它可视化描述的对象是儿童。(p4)

p3  “Child”儿童 means a person under age 16

P4.  “child pornography” (儿童色情物品) means—

                (a) a photograph, film, computer-generated image or other visual depiction that is a pornographic depiction of a person who is or is depicted as being a child, whether it is made or generated by electronic or any other means, whether or not it is a depiction of a real person and whether or not it has been modified; or ( b) anything that incorporates a photograph, film, image or depiction referred to in paragraph ( a), and includes data stored in a form that is capable of conversion into a photograph, film, image or depiction referred to in paragraph (a) and anything containing such data;

(8) “child pornography” means any visual depiction, including any photograph, film, video, picture, or computer or computer-generated image or picture, whether made or produced by electronic, mechanical, or other means, of sexually explicit conduct, where— 
(A) the production of such visual depiction involves the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct; 
(B) such visual depiction is a digital image, computer image, or computer-generated image that is, or is indistinguishable from, that of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct; or 
(C) such visual depiction has been created, adapted, or modified to appear that an identifiable minor is engaging in sexually explicit conduct
