A never ending topic of housing everywhere in this planet is prevailing, making some people richer and most poorer. Greedy is the center of this debate and reality.

Let's seriously consider how many sq ft of house do you really need for your life? 2600 sq ft is plenty? How much does it worth? How much do you like to pay? and why?

So, housing prices cannot continue rising, and must stop at some point. If it is too expensive to buy, why bother.
