一劳永逸解决北京问题的方法－迁都

中国应该迁都。按北京的自然条件，容纳3－4百万人口差不多。现在，北京人口大约有两千万，负担太大。现在看来北京已经不适合作为中国的首都了，其原因：

1，北京没有水资源。南水北调，不仅劳民伤财，还毁坏长江和南方水系。
2，北京四周被山脉环绕，空气不易流动。
3，北京四周沙漠化严重。
4，北京离日本，俄罗斯太近，不安全。

现在中国高铁发达，如果首都迁往中国腹部，交通应该不是问题。
