One another test of the universal of US constitution is the 214(b) in US immigration laws, which allow visa officers to reject visa application based on an imaginary "immigration intention" unless you can "prove" otherwise.  I feel it is against US constitution, but don't know how likely it could be removed if someone challange it in court.
