Just represent yourself.

1) Many people 挺的是专制. For example, Prof Cong supports North Korea. 薄 is 专制的代言人. He forced people to sing red songs. He tramped the laws by illegally jailing lawyers.  He forced people to go to country-side.

2) On this particular case of Chongqing, 温代表自由. Completely reverting Bo's policy is the way of 自由.
