If you talk about 公正辩护的环境, let check some facts:

1) Many people are defending Bo on the internet. (Are you one of them?) Some are cursing the president/chairman Hu.

2) Since there are lawyers who are willing to defend Wang in court, I think that there will be some lawyers who will help Bo.

3) No one is torturing Bo and his family members and no one is destroying Bo's house, as what happened to Liu.

So it is highly likely that Bo will get a much better 辩护的环境 than that of Liu.
