1) "王事件" is "孤立事件".  The issue of Wang's entering US consulate is over.

2) 文革复辟. What happened in Chongqing is similar to 文革复辟. Namely, government officials totally ignore laws. Many people are posting/saying things about revolution, e.g, Prof Cong.

3) 严重违纪，还是外事纪律. This is true since Bo's wife is involved in the death of a foreigner.
